In his 30 plus years in the financial services industry he has served many roles including Director of Operations, Trade Desk Manager/Market Maker and Fixed Income Trader. Prior to Vanguard Capital, Vince spent 10 years with Fidelity Investments as team leader in their premium services department working with high net worth clients. Vince is the Chief Operations Officer and Compliance Officer for Vanguard Capital Wealth Advisors.
