Julia is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Vanguard Capital Wealth Advisors. Julia has over 35 years of experience in the securities and financial services industry. She has managed back office responsibilities including retirement and ERISA accounts, Rule 144 stock, estate settlements and oversight of margin and option requirements. Julia has held supervisory roles managing teams of more than 40 advisors and employees in the brokerage industry. Prior to Vanguard Capital, she worked for nearly 20 years at Dean Witter, Smith Barney and Prudential where she was the Operations Manager. Julia was born in New Zealand and moved to the United States in 1978.
